Defining the user needs is the most important step of the process and a deliberate collaborative approach will result in the most expedient and successful product launch. Nobody knows the user needs better than the user and our designers will be there to assist in asking the right questions when gathering these inputs. The definition process helps to insure that critical features and or certifications are not missed and the end user’s needs are adequately met.

Design – Specifications to Prototypes

Here’s where things start to get interesting. Our engineering and design staff will use their diverse experience and skills to make your concept a reality. This is the phase where we really put our talents to their best use: solving problems and creating a product that is ready for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.

Activities in the design stage include:

  • Engineering
  • CAD Models and Drawings
  • Preliminary Process Development
  • Prototyping
  • Design Verification and Testing

Deliver the product

The design has been tested, finalized and all the user needs are met. Now it’s time to manufacture and hit the market. Our Program Managers don’t just throw the design over the wall to manufacturing. They work closely with our Manufacturing Engineers to ensure a smooth transfer into production. Our Program Managers also work closely with Customer Service to make sure our fulfillment and, if desired, distribution plans are ready to go.
