Medivative Technologies Doubles its Size

May 2, 2008

Aircom Manufacturing, Inc. has expanded its northeast-side corporate campus with the purchase of a third building to be used for medical device assembly.

The 14,400-square-foot building at 2890 N. Catherwood Avenue will allow Medivative Technologies (a subsidiary of Aircom Manufacturing) to double its size to nearly 30,000 square feet. The combined size of Aircom’s and Medivative’s facilities has increased to over 165,000 square feet.

“Our medical business continues to grow, and we are expanding to better serve the needs of our clients,” said Bryan Bowman, Medivative’s President.

The new building is located directly south of Medivative’s current building and will feature facilities to assemble medical devices. A premier solution provider to the Life Sciences community, Medivative’s facilities and quality systems are designed specifically for FDA compliance.

In addition to the three buildings Aircom owns at its northeast side campus, the manufacturer also maintains a 35,000-square-foot warehouse on Shadeland Avenue for finished products. Aircom and Medivative ship about 80 percent of products made directly to their client’s customers, streamlining the process from order to delivery.
